30-Day Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused

The item is unopened

The product is returned in its original packaging

All accessories and inserts are included

This policy applies even if you simply decide the product is not right for you.


When you can request a return or exchange

You may request a return or exchange in the following situations:

You no longer wish to keep the product

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

All products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

Return options (once approved)

Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

A full refund

A replacement of the same product

An exchange for another product of similar value

A store voucher for future purchases


Refund processing

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Card payments: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Bank transfers: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection, to the same name used on the original order.


Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Items returned outside the 30-day period may be refused

Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer

If a return or exchange is refused after inspection, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense
