If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. When reaching out, include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the damage

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will be happy to offer one of the following options:

A replacement item at no additional cost, or

A full refund, including any shipping fees paid
